The war shook the entire world and left half a generation of men and women lying in the grave on the battlefield. Of the many players that had acted on the world stage, only two remained in the form of the Kingdom of Cirinthia and the ancient Republic of Tariq. At some point, Dimitri Noraskov, a hero to the defeated Kingdom of Arkadya recovered from ashes. His King was a coward who surrendered, as well as an enigma because he acceded to the Treaty of Evenheart.

When Noraskov overthrew his king He was supported by the people of his country. They stood with him while he took back the land which were taken from him. And they supported him as he raised an army. In his opinion, nations all over the globe were too tired of war and the Great War to implement the treaty’s provisions. Thus far, his gambit has proven
successful.
The Arkadyan Empire has shown no sign of easing its brutality. Many are worried that a reprise of the Great War, that at the time was avoided, is now all but certain. There are a few who believe that it’s possible to end…

CUSTOM BATTLE SYSTEM Rise of the Third Power includes eight playable characters within the battle system that was created by hand, each having unique strengths and weaknesses, all of whom are meant to participate in battle simultaneously without the need for tedious managing of the party. It is possible to combine the strengths and weaknesses of each character in addition to analyzing your opponent’s abilities and then set up your formation to go into battle.
The political intrigue planet of Rin is regaining its strength of the Great War, the balance of power has been skewed badly there are powerless vacuums needing for filling. The player’s party will be both beset and aided by liars, schemers and betrayersas the clock is ticking down towards a reprise of the greatest ever human war…
PERSISTENT EQUIPMENT: Each item discovered, stolen or bought by the character grants an upgrade in their character. Players can purchase upgrades instead of buying replacements. Don’t spend money on that great helmet back in town just to find the same one within an underground cave… Every character has 3 equipment slots with 8 upgrades each, with 192 to find for all! This method eliminates the tediousness of inventory management, while also giving the completionist something useful to hunt for.
The game features 8 players with varied ambitions and viewpoints in their quest to complete an adventure to take down Dimitri Noraskovas the Arkadyan Emperor. An eclectic mix of comedy as well as drama are in store for players as they explore the treacherous terrain of Rin.
